MARIUPOL INVESTMENT GROUP STARTED A NEW HR DIRECTION – TALENT MANAGEMENT.
The main aim of talent management is the creation of talent pool which are correspond to accepted competencies and able to develop business.
In September 2018 Mariupol Investment Group presented to employees the new HR direction – talent management. At this moment project is direct to grain business companies such as «UTA, LLC», «UTA Logistic, LLC» and «Martlet, LLC». Soon experience in human resource management will be distribute to the other Mariupol Investment Group companies.
The main aim of talent management is the creation of employees’ pool which are correspond to accepted competencies and able to develop business. We are deeply convinced that life in the era of high technology dictates new challenges, not only for entrepreneurs but for each specialist. It is no longer enough just to «do a good job», it is important continuously develop and be multifunctional professional in your field. We sincerely believe that our employees share this vision and ready to change with us.
A long way was passed, almost two years and as result the testing and interviewing of employees were completed, competency model and individual development programs were formed. So, what will be waiting for our employees in future?
From September 2018 till October 2019 for every employee who passed selection, was planned competency training. For best results a variety of teaching methods were chosen: trainings, long-term educational programs, self-study materials, participation in projects and filling vacancies.
The first training started this week. Employees are trained in the course “Public speech”. Certified Coach forms at the participants presentation skills, emotional engagement of the audience, work with objections and so on. Hope that this training like all succeeding will be informative and helpful.
Changes require a fresh sight at the company's business – the sight which like strategic development component emphasis talent management along with technology development.
